Donna Ruzzi started her career with Citibank, N.A., nearly 25 years ago as a Customer Relations Manager. During those years, Donna earned the position of Vice President, Branch Manager where she was responsible for banking centers in Ossining, Mt Kisco and Bronxville. Donna believes that relationship building is the key to delivering an exceptional client experience. Donna’s outstanding customer service skills provide a platform on which she works to meet the financial needs of both her consumer and commercial clients. Donna joined TWB as the Vice President and Branch Manager of the Thornwood Branch. Donna was born and raised in Westchester County where she is a member of both the Mount Pleasant and Pleasantville Chambers of Commerce. Donna serves her community by volunteering for various non-profit organizations including the March of Dimes and by serving as a Parish Trustee for the Archdiocese of New York.
