Kenneth D. Walter

Kenneth D. Walter is the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Westchester Bank Holding Corporation and The Westchester Bank. From July 2010 through January 2014, Mr. Walter served as the Chief Financial Officer of BCB Community Bank and BCB Bancorp, Inc., a position he assumed at the time Pamrapo Bancorp, Inc. was acquired by BCB Bancorp, Inc. in July 2010. Prior to the merger, Mr. Walter had held a variety of senior positions with Pamrapo Bancorp, Inc., including Interim President and Chief Executive Officer from 2009 through July 2010. He also served as Chief Financial Officer of Pamrapo Bancorp, Inc. and Pamrapo Savings Bank from 2001 to 2010. Mr. Walter received a B.S. degree in Accounting from Montclair State University. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants, Financial Managers Society of New York/New Jersey and the New York League of Independent Bankers.
