W. Thomas Clark

W. Thomas Clark spent 21 years at Morgan Stanley & Co. where he served in various sales and management positions. His duties included Global Product and Sales Manager for the program trading, futures and options businesses with revenues of $2 billion and staff of 500 professionals. He served on the Board of the Morgan Stanley Trust Co., which was custodian for over $400 billion. Also, he was the Firm’s Registered Options Principal for nine years which made him responsible for oversight of compliance for all option trading at the company. Since leaving Morgan Stanley, he has been an investor in several venture capital transactions. Mr. Clark is a graduate of Virginia Tech and received his MBA from Harvard. A Westchester area resident since 1987, Mr. Clark has volunteered as an AAU Youth Basketball Coach and served on various foundations. He is a member of the Investment Committee for the Pi Kappa Alpha Fraternity Foundation and also serves on the Foundation for Learning. His outstanding management, finance and entrepreneurial background will prove very useful to The Westchester Bank.
