Stephen G. Szulhan

Stephen G. Szulhan

Stephen G. Szulhan is a life-long resident of Yonkers and he is very active in local community activities. Since 2003, Mr. Szulhan has served as the Vice President, Business Development Director at SUMA (Yonkers) Federal Credit Union, which is the third largest credit union in Westchester County with over $180 million in assets and approximately 6,000 members. Previously, he served as Chairman of the Building Committee/Project Manager for the expansion and relocation of SUMA FCU headquarters to a new facility located in Yonkers. He received an MBA in Finance from Pace University School of Business in 1980, with distinction and Honors Thesis. He has an undergraduate degree in Government and History, cum laude, from Manhattan College. He has served on the SUMA (Yonkers) Federal Credit Union Board of Directors since 1993, and prior to that was a member of the Supervisory Committee, where he was responsible for compliance issues, Bank Secrecy Act and the Patriot Act. His experience in corporate governance and outstanding management skills will prove valuable to The Westchester Bank.
