Michael J. Austin

Michael J. Austin has spent over twenty years in pursuit of technological innovation and continues to expand his horizons in today’s exciting high-tech world. Mr. Austin received his Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science as well as his MBA in Management Information Services from Iona College. He began his career at NYNEX as Associate Director of Cellular Systems and later moved onto Associate Director of Carrier Access Billing Assurance. After retiring from NYNEX, he joined ITDS, Inc. in Connecticut where he served as the Director of Cellular Conversions. Under this title he managed a team of programmers and account representatives. In 1994, Mr. Austin founded Austin Computer Enterprises, Inc., which designed and built software systems for numerous telecommunication companies. ACEINC was recognized by Deloitte & Touche as one of the fifty fastest growing technology companies in New York in the years 2001 through 2004. In 2004, Mr. Austin founded Old Road Software, which designed and coded an exclusive Fleet Maintenance software system in use by multiple municipalities today.
