A Westchester resident for the past 35 years, Laura Mannix is the Studio Services Co-Coordinator for Barneys New York, a unique area of retail sales devoted to motion pictures, television productions and celebrity and personal shopping. Since taking the helm in 1995, Ms. Mannix has grown Studio Services revenues from $400,000 to $5.5 million. Studio Services is currently the premiere sales area for Barneys New York. Ms. Mannix is active in her local community. She is a five-year member of The Amackassin Club in Yonkers, a historic tennis club, and has served on many committees and boards throughout her membership. She is involved with local businesses and is committed to the revitalization of her hometown. Her charities include The Kevin Frawley Foundation, a scholarship on behalf of a close friend who perished on September 11th, and The Nick Traina Foundation, which fights for awareness of mental illness.
