Dennis E.A. Lynch

Dennis E. A. Lynch has spent the past two decades as Managing Partner of his law office. In addition, Mr. Lynch has also served as General Counsel to Local Development Corporations as well as the Yonkers Industrial Development Agency, which collectively have initiated over $2 billion of economic development business. He has dealt extensively with the issuance of municipal bonds and other financial transactions that have resulted in record economic growth in Yonkers. Mr. Lynch is a published author in the field of property rights and has served as an Adjunct Professor at Dominican College. He also serves as General Counsel for Giving to Ghana Foundation, Inc. He has also accompanied Congressman Christopher Smith, Chairman of the Helsinki Commission, in international civil rights investigations. Mr. Lynch has been a resident of the lower Hudson Valley for the past 50 years. Mr. Lynch is active in non-profit organizations throughout the area and currently serves as the Village Justice in South Nyack. Mr. Lynch is admitted to practice law before the United States Supreme Court.
