Brad R. Sacks

Brad R. Sacks has been a practicing attorney and owner of his own law firm in White Plains since 1981. In 1999 he co-founded Court Street Abstract, Inc., a full service title insurance agency located in White Plains. He currently serves as Vice President of the firm. Mr. Sacks is a member of the New York State Bar Association, Westchester County Bar Association, Association of Trial Lawyers of America, and Commercial Law League of America. Mr. Sacks has been an active member of the Bedford and Mount Kisco communities since 1984, serving as baseball and softball coach. In 2001 and 2004 he was elected to the Bedford Central School District’s Board of Education, serving for two three-year terms. He was elected Board Vice President for the 2005/2006 school year and then elected to serve as Board President for the 2006/2007 school year. Prior to his school board service, he was a member of the Bedford Central Facilities Advisory Committee. He earned a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from New York University in 1976 and graduated from Pace University School of Law in 1979.
