Christopher M. Spring

Christopher M. Spring has been involved in real estate development and asset management for more than a decade. Mr. Spring is involved in many entrepreneurial endeavors in both the field of real estate and hospitality. He is a CPM (Certified Property Manager) and a CSM (Certified Shopping Center Manager). Mr. Spring is a licensed real estate broker in New York and holds a certification in property management in New York and New Jersey. Mr. Spring earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Managerial Finance from Siena College. In 2000, he joined the Board of Directors for the Yonkers YMCA, where he has spearheaded many ambitious projects. Mr. Spring serves as housing chairman for the Yonkers YMCA, which is currently raising funds to build a new housing facility for low-income individuals. He is a life-long resident of Westchester and is involved in many community based organizations. His knowledge of real estate markets and his sound financial background, coupled with his ability to build successful businesses from the ground up, will prove invaluable to the Bank.
