March 15, 2017 (White Plains, NY). The Westchester Bank is proud to announce the appointment of Stephanie Weston to the position of Vice President, Retail Market Manager. A long-time Westchester resident, Ms. Weston brings a wealth of banking experience with over thirty years in the Financial Services Industry. In her capacity as Retail Market Manager, she is responsible for leading and directing branch operations while ensuring quality customer service at the highest standards.
Prior to joining The Westchester Bank, Stephanie worked at People’s United Bank opening a Bronxville-based de novo office in 2011, where she was soon promoted to Market Manager. Ms. Weston spent twenty-five years at The Bank of New York holding various positions of increased responsibility from Teller to Branch Manager and Senior Private Banker. Fundamental to her success is that nothing is more important than earning a customers’ trust and providing exceptional personal service. Ms. Weston stated, “The Westchester Bank sets the standard when it comes to customer care and quality of service. It’s that same shared principle which attracted me to them. I knew this would be an excellent fit both personally and professionally.”
Ms. Weston is also a strong proponent of volunteerism and is actively engaged with many local organizations. She was President of The Bronxville Chamber of Commerce and The Bronxville Rotary Club, and now serves on The Board of Directors for both. Stephanie has contributed her time and expertise to several charities as well including: Committees for Hope’s Door and Girl Scouts Heart of the Hudson, the Executive Leadership Team for Go Red for Women, Habitat for Humanity, The March of Dimes, Juvenile Diabetes and The American Cancer Society.
