The Westchester Bank Appoints Tracey Zimmerman as Vice President, Chief Compliance Officer

April 17, 2014. (Yonkers, NY). The Westchester Bank appointed Tracey K. Zimmerman as Vice President, Chief Compliance Officer, working at the Bank’s headquarters located in Yonkers, New York. In that capacity, she is responsible for the development and maintenance of compliance policies as well as creating and implementing procedures that are in line with overall bank goals. Ms. Zimmerman brings in-depth experience to the position with over twenty years in the banking industry and is a longtime resident of Westchester County.

As the audit liaison, Tracey manages the internal audit function to ensure that departmental protocol is appropriately followed, while ensuring that regulatory requirements are fulfilled. Tracey also serves as the Bank Secrecy Officer. In this capacity, she is charged with managing the Bank’s BSA program with oversight and implementation of various BSA functions, employee training and administration of the Bank’s transactional monitoring system. Additionally, she works with respective department managers to ensure that the training needs of each department are met.
