The Westchester Bank Continuing Strong Growth Trajectory Announces Staff Promotions

YONKERS, NY (March 4, 2013). The Westchester Bank, headquartered in Yonkers and one of the nation’s fastest growing community banks, is proud to announce the promotions of Kristin Ball, Michael Vitale and Ann Vidal-Gervil.

Kristin Ball

Kristin Ball, a Yonkers resident, has been promoted to Vice President, Human Resources. She previously served as Manager within that same department. Ms. Ball has been with the Bank since 2005 and was part of the initial organization phase. Prior to that, she worked in the City of Yonkers Office of Economic Development, obtained her PHR designation after attending Pace University and received her BA from SUNY, New Paltz. Remaining very active in community causes, Kristin has ties with March of Dimes, Child Abuse Prevention Center and the American Cancer Society.

Michael Vitale

Michael Vitale has been promoted to Assistant Vice President, Commercial Lending, at The Westchester Bank. He has been at the Bank for two and a half years and prior to that served three years as Senior Credit Analyst in Chase’s Commercial Bank, Middle Market Lending Group. Mr. Vitale received his BS in Economics and Mathematic from Fairfield University and is a Coach and Treasurer of a local AAU Basketball Organization - Knights Basketball of Westchester. He resides in White Plains.

Ann Vidal-Gervil

The Westchester Bank is pleased to announce the recent promotion of Ann Vidal-Gervil to Manager, Deposit Operations. Ann served two years as Deposits Operations Assistant at the Bank and prior to that worked at Key Bank N.A. for 16 years as Operations Analyst for Special Products & Deposits Control Coordinator. She received her BS from Dominican College with an emphasis on Financial Management and Business Law. Ms. Vidal-Gervil is a resident of

Spring Valley, NY, and helps with Advocate For Change, an organization that assists kids in need in the community.
