Dear Valued Clients and Friends:
The Westchester Bank’s highest priorities continues to be the health and safety of our staff, customers and the well being of the community we serve. The Westchester Bank is continuing to activate its Pandemic Contingency plan in response to COVID-19. Our plan follows guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention ( CDC ), World Health Organization ( WHO ) and local authorities.
Our staff continues to follow the CDC hygiene recommendations and our branches are being deep cleaned daily with stronger disinfectant products. However, given the current situation, I encourage you to do your banking from the comfort of your home twenty – four hours a day, seven days a week using TWB’s on - line banking system which enables you to transfer to and from your accounts, view transactions or utilize your bill pay. You may also use TWB’s Mobile Banking Apps or continue to scan your deposits to the bank. If you must visit a branch to make a deposits, I advise you to utilize the ATM or night depository. If you need to connect with your banker, you may do so by calling their office phone number. If they are not in the office they forward their land line to their cell phone so they can assist you at anytime. If you do not have an assigned account officer you may call us at (914) 368-9919 and we will be sure you get the customer service you deserve. Please do not hesitate to call us.
As of today all seven branches are open and ready to assist you with all of your banking needs.
We will continue to monitor all developments and communicate any changes that affect how we serve you.
Please be safe and healthy.
