| John M. Tolomer, President and Chief Executive Officer |
| John M. Tolomer is the President and CEO of The Westchester Bank and The Westchester Bank Holding Corporation. Mr. Tolomer joined TWB in November of 2008 and has steered the growth of the Bank to reach assets of over $240 million by its third anniversary. Mr. Tolomer has worked in the Commercial Banking field since 1977. He worked for Citibank and The Bank of New York for more than 25 years and served in various senior management positions in both Commercial and Retail Banking. In 2003, Mr. Tolomer joined Commerce Bank to spearhead its de Novo expansion into the Westchester market where he was responsible for rapidly building a strong franchise for the bank. In 2005, he was named President of Commerce/Florida and was responsible for establishing the Florida market. A proponent of community involvement, Mr. Tolomer is currently co-Chair of the March of Dimes March for Babies Westchester Walk and member of the Board of Directors for the Hudson River Museum. Mr. Tolomer has also been a past member of the Board of Directors of the Westchester County Association, The Leukemia Society and the United Way. He also served in an advisory capacity to Food-Patch and Leake and Watts. Mr. Tolomer is a lifelong resident of Westchester County and resides in Chappaqua with his wife and two daughters. Mr. Tolomer’s extensive banking experience and knowledge of the Westchester market is an invaluable asset to The Westchester Bank. |
