| Ann Marie Hughes, Vice President and Commercial Lending Officer |
| Ann Marie Hughes has 14 years of experience in commercial lending, most recently as Senior Vice President for Sovereign Bank serving middle market businesses in Westchester, New York City and Long Island. Prior to that, she spent several years with The Bank of New York serving a diverse base of corporate and healthcare customers. Mrs. Hughes began her career in public accounting, spending five years as an auditor with KPMG Peat Marwick prior to obtaining an MBA in finance from Columbia University. She is a member of the AICPA and is active in the Westchester community, serving on the Board of Directors of the YWCA of White Plains and Central Westchester and as a past-President of the Westchester County Bankers Association. |
