Kimberly Foster
Kimberly Foster, Director of Cash Management
Kimberly Foster brings over 16 years of banking experience to her position at The Westchester Bank. Ms. Foster began her banking career at The Bank of New York and was then recruited by Sleepy Hollow Bank where she was an Assistant Vice President of Operations and Branch Administrator for 10 years. Ms. Foster, who joined the Bank in 2008, assisted in establishing deposit and branch operations, developed a training program for all branch staff, and implemented our on-line banking and cash management products.
