| Charles T. Field, Sr. Vice President and Chief Financial Officer |
| Charles T. Field is the Sr. Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for the Westchester Bank Holding Corporation and the Bank. Mr. Field has more than 20 years of experience in the financial and accounting area. He served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Interchange Financial Services Corporation, a bank holding company which wholly owned Interchange Bank, Mr. Field had oversight of internal and external reporting, including compliance with the public filing requirements of the Securities and Exchange Commission, and the treasury and accounting functions. Prior to that, Mr. Field held positions as vice president of finance and treasurer of multi-national telecommunications company, corporate controller of a diversified manufacturer and a manager in the financial institutions group at Deloitte & Touche, including spending two years in London. Mr. Field is a registered Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. |
