|
Kevin T. Hyland brings numerous strengths to
The Westchester Bank including his legal
expertise in the financial field, his experience
dealing with government agencies and his
knowledge of economic development. Mr.
Hyland is a partner at one of New York State's
leading law firms and specializes in public
finance. He is a native of Westchester County
and devotes a major portion of his law
practice to financings involving state and
local governmental entities. Mr. Hyland also
works with many of the municipal bond
underwriters and financial institutions in the
region. Mr. Hyland is a graduate of the State
University of New York and received his law
degree from Whittier Law School in Los
Angeles. Mr. Hyland is admitted to the bar in
both New York State and Connecticut and is
a member of New York State Economic
Development Council, the National Association
of Bond Lawyers and the Municipal
Forum Club. His legal and financial experience
will prove valuable to the proposed
Westchester Bank in several key areas
including the evaluation of financial products
to be offered by the Bank. |
