| Eugene S. Reisman is Chief Operating Officer and Managing Member of the real estate law firm of Novick, Edelstein, Lubell, Reisman, Wasserman & Leventhal, P.C., of Yonkers. Mr. Reisman was licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in 1976 and was admitted to practice law in New York State in 1977. He is admitted to practice law before the United States District Court for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and the United States Tax Court. His areas of specialty are Landlord-Tenant Litigation, Rent Stabilization Law, Commercial Leases, and Administrative Proceedings before the N.Y.S. Division of Housing and Community Renewal. Mr. Reisman is a Governor of the Bronx-Manhattan North Association of Realtors and a Director of the Bronx Realty Advisory Board. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the Bronx County Bar Association, and the Yonkers Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Reisman also serves as employer trustee of the Local 32BJ North Service Employees International Union Health and Welfare Funds. Mr. Reisman is a resident of Pleasantville. |
