| Peter C. Cunningham is President and Chief Executive Officer of Dover Garage II Inc. and its affiliate, The Dover Group Inc. Dover owns and operates commercial, industrial and retail properties throughout Manhattan, Bronx and Westchester counties. Previously, he served for a decade as Vice President of Glenties Leasing Corp. The company, which managed over 150 New York City medallion taxicabs, served as the setting for the fictional “Sunshine Cab Company” in the television classic “Taxi” in the early 1980s. While working in the taxicab industry, he served on the executive committee of The Metropolitan Taxicab Board of Trade, a trade association that represented 3000 NYC medallion taxicabs in governmental relations and industry matters. A resident of New Rochelle, Mr. Cunningham currently serves as President of the Board of Managers of The Kimberly Condominium. He also serves on the Alumni Executive Board of Texas Christian University where he earned an MBA degree from The Neeley School of Business. |
